How To Farm Celeste DIYs In Animal Crossing New Horizons

What makes a Celeste DIY so hard to collect is that you can only obtain them once per visit from Celeste who appears on your island randomly somewhere on the island at the same time as shooting stars are falling, with no relation to the current season. This can happen both when there's a meteor shower announced by Nook or Isabelle, but also randomly on nights where you can see shooting stars. She won't appear in the daytime, so you have to wait until night to find Celeste.

Collecting these DIYs is almost completely hard but luckily there is an easy way to get every DIY from Celeste during just one of her visits, no more waiting around for her to randomly show up on your island. This method will require the use of two Animal Crossing New Horizons islands. 

- So grab a friend and load up Animal Crossing, you can do this trick using online or local play. One of you has to have Celeste on your island. 

- Next, find Celeste on your friend's island. Typically she will be somewhere near the plaza but she can be found anywhere on the island, she will also only spawn between the hours of 7 pm and 4 am. 

- Once you find Celeste on the island you're visiting, talk to her and she will give you an exclusive DIY, now here is where the trick comes into play. 

- Once you have your Celeste DIY, fly back to your island and change the date of your switch to one day in the future and visit your friend's island. Talk to Celeste and she will give you another DIY. 

- Typically Celeste only gives out one DIY per visit. The reason this trick works is because Celeste gives out one DIY per day per villager, but Celeste is not counting the current day of the island you're visiting but the current day on your home island. This is why if you set the date to one day in the future Celeste looks at this as a new day and a new visit and will give you another DIY even if you already received a DIY from her the previous day. 

- With a total of 47 Celeste DIYs, you can feasibly time travel 40 times over the course of one day in real-time to get every Celeste DIY. Unfortunately, your friend you're visiting won't be able to reap these benefits but the next time you have Celeste on your island, let your friend come over and farm all these less DIYs!
