The free update of Animal Crossing New Horizons made it up to the 1.11 version, which added the refreshed Fireworks Show event along with a bunch of new ACNH items for the following months. However, there is still some hidden information Nintendo was not announced, based on the recent ACNH 1.11 update datamine, more unannounced seasonal items for October, November and the cafe update have been discovered by data miners. Now we are going to focus on the ACNH cafe update 2021 and 1.11 Update new items.
In the game's code, “IdrMuseumEnt03” and “IdrMuseumCafe” were added in the previous update, but have been referenced or modified in some way to include new or adjusted variables in version 1.11. Nintendo hides the references to Brewster when they first appeared, but these are still appearing in the game file, which means Nintendo is actively working with the code which is linked to a museum cafe. When it comes to Brewster, there are no mentions anywhere of Brewster having his own building, he will be in the museum.
Another clue that suggests a museum cafe is in the works is a new event flow “cNpcMemory:TalkProgressMuseumBuiltCafe” has been added and is apparently associated with another museum variable introduced in the previous update known as museum level, the event may be used to flag or confirm whether or not characters or villagers can talk about a built cafe or maybe talk about a cafe being built, this is currently unused code, it basically means that this flow can choose one of four lines of dialogue randomly, now the certain dialogue hasn't actually been added in yet but they do exist. What makes this even more interesting is that this event is associated with Rover visiting the cafe, Rover could be a test character for the cafe given, he's never actually on the island, with that said special characters have visited the cafe in previous games, a lot of characters like Katrina and Rover won't see full-time appearances in the game, but they could appear in the Roost and we could get unique interactions with them. This may hint at a future update involving the cafe and it's highly likely actually the content Nintendo is working on right now, and we probably see that in the later update this year.
But it is important to remember that these are the findings of data mining. No matter how convincing they seem, they may be meaningless, especially considering that Brewster has been on the game coast for some time, but he hasn't come back yet.
New seasonal items and holiday items will be coming in fall (autumn) this year, including new Nook Shopping items that will be available in September, October and November, as well as added Halloween items for 2021 update.
