POE Blight Atlas Strategy - Path Of Exile 3.8 Best Maps To Shape/Elder

City Square Map

The first one is City Square. The reason why City Square is because it's a T5 map. T5 is very easy to sustain with just all can go and it's also in a pretty good spot, it can be affected by a few White's accidents if you wanted to invest a little bit into it. City Square is triple bosses, it's a very good layout, it doesn't hurt the eyes because of the actual map colors. so it's just a nice map to be farming and chaining. And the reason why bosses is so Hopi is because of the possible prophecies that you can use to double that to get up to six bosses in your map which is insane, and also because City Square is to simply Alcon valid so buy out can valine, you'll basically be corrupting the three bosses or upwards of like six bosses and then those six or three bosses are corrupted, which means they all have a chance to drop a sacrificed fragment and those sacks are axial own will basically cover the cost of your map of your alchemy and of your vows and of your bricks. So for example if you brick one into becomes a T6 just the sack frags alone will cover that cost by vowing your map, you have a very good chance of turning it into a better map especially when it's such a low level map, so like an eighth mod map and stuff like that and the returns from those are pretty nuts.

The other reason why you should choose City Square in this atlas is because it's connected to channel, channel is always going to be good because of the diff card for the tabula which basically means more divine herbs and early league more tabulous is just outright more currency because everybody wants their tabular. So that's going to be really quickly.

Overall, City Square Map has a great layout, Sextant placement, and density. While it plays into most league mechanics quite well, this Map has a relatively dangerous boss and can be spooky for certain builds.

Racecourse Map

The second is racecourse. It’s also a t6 map so t6 isn't all that hard to sustain either simply Alcon Val should be enough to sustain racecourse, you really shouldn't have to actually invest any more than that into it . Triple bosses available for chaos recipe it's only one tier higher in the City Square. The only thing is in this one the boss drops may be too high item level for the chaos recipe, so having a custom loot filter that doesn't show any rarest past item level 75 for when you're farming a low tier for maps for your chaos recipe will fix that.

Another reason why I think racecourse is going to be good because it's super easy to sustain. Since you don't need your elder orb you simply have to shape ghetto and then the only T6 you have available will be race course, if you have no other one on your map and then no other T7 on your map you could go as far as to shape waste pool as well, so then waste pool would no longer drop either meaning that you're only T6 or T7 would be race course. But you could also decide to go ahead and keep waste pool on your map, despite the fact that it's a T7 which means a lot of items that are rare that will drop in there will not be available for the chaos recipe depending on the league mechanic, and how it's set up waste pool might be super pong. If we see a Lee mechanic with Blythe kind of like it was in abyss and then indoor maps are going to be super super strong on the opposite side of the spectrum. If we see Lee mechanic and Blight kind of like with Legion, then waste pool would be a complete waste. So you wouldn't want to go waste pool at all bad and then you would shape it to a T13 and never have to worry about that one either only leaving you with racecourses.

POE 3.8 Shaping Maps - Recommended Maps To Shape In Path Of Exile Blight League

- Haunted Mansion Map: Haunted Mansion Map has fantastic density and a layout that is really easy to clear, once you get used to it. The boss is usually quite easy to deal with, but with certain mods or kill speeds can occasionally surprise you and result in a quick death if proper care is not taken. This map is best suited for builds that do not require large open areas in order to maximize their effectiveness, and feels especially good with quick builds that rely heavily on their mobility skills and do not need to stop much to clear, such as Blade Vortex Blade Vortex or Storm Brand Storm Brand.

- Beach Map: It has a simple layout and fairly strong density. The tileset is generally quite popular among players and league mechanics or Zana mods feel very suited to the map. Certain monsters and the boss itself in this Map can be dangerous on Tier 16, however, Beach is always a strong option.

- Channel Map: It’s a good option for trade leagues, as the layout is simple and quick to clear and it offers consistent profit from Humility Humility cards. Channel is positioned well for Sextant use, as well.
