Best Path Of Exile 3.11 Starter Builds - Top 5 Builds For POE Harvest League 2020

They worked great as starter builds for a number of leagues now and are proven to be reliable for new players and veterans alike. So, now that it's clear what makes a good league starter, here are my recommendations for the Harvest League. Each with its own complete guide, Path of Building material, passive tree progress order, gear tips, ascendancy, pantheon and much more!

Double Strike Champion Build For POE 3.11

> Insane life pool

> Obliterates bosses

> Reflect-proof

> Eeeeasy playstyle

> Hardcore viable

> Excellent on a budget

< Claw range is a bit like T-Rex arms

< Clear is good, but not top tier

< Has a few rare but scary counters

The first starter build for POE 3.11 Harvest League is the Double Strike Champion. A pure melee build, if you enjoy going toe to toe with your enemies and smashing their faces up close and personal, this is the right choice for you. While the devs are trying real hard to push people into using two-handed weapons this league, slow, ponderous, combat is not everyone's cup of tea. Some people want quick, action-packed, fast-paced combat and this is exactly what this build delivers. With incredible mobility, great defenses and very solid damage against both single targets and large packs, the build is an awesome all-rounder, capable of easily doing pretty much all existing content. It's also really accessible to newer players, as it doesn't need any mandatory unique items apart from a pair of really cheap gloves. It works very well with lower budgets but there's always room to invest into more expensive gear and get better performance. This makes it ideal for a long-term project and it can transition from a league starter to your main build, without wasting anything. Finally, the build has this insane ability to simply melt bosses – if you line-up a few buffs and flasks, you'll be able to skip entire phases of some of the hardest boss fights in the game. While this is not a critical perk for a starter build, it does matter if you decide to push it further into the league.

POE 3.11 Ball Lightning Miner Build

> Easy to play

> Good currency farmer

> Can do all map mods

> Awesome Single Target Damage

> Powerful Even Without Much Investment

< You Need to Keep Detonating your Mines

< Vulnerable to Chaos Damage

< Evasion Dependent

The second Harvest League starter build POE 3.11 is the Ball Lightning Miner. It’s the classic miner builds utilizing from ball lightning to purifying flame even wave a conviction and of course the toxic rain. What’s important to note with a ball lightning is that it received a significant buff in the patch notes. However the slower projectile slow effect is reduced by 19% a gem level 20 which means we would consider getting a bit of a week to make sure we hit the cap, which is 13 hits per second per fall. However, thanks to the damage effectiveness being buffed and the already absurd amount of damage provided by a build like this, it should shine very well in both terms of loveling.

Blade Vortex Chieftain Build For Harvest League

> Good clear speed

> Can do all content

> Cheap to start

> Solid defenses

< Not SSF friendly due to Unique item requirements

< Slow to level up without respeccing half of the Skill Tree

< Requires a bunch of specific Uniques

The next Path of Exile 3.11 build for the Harvest League stater is Blade Vortex Chieftain. This build is extremely well rounded offering fantastic bossing clear speed and defensive layers. This build is the leveling because unfortunately the Marauder doesn't have easy access to efficient spell damage or high amounts of dexterity. However, you can simply kill hillock as a Templar mule over the purifying flame you get as a quest reward, then rush avatar fire and elemental overload for a passable leveling experience. It's no hollow palm but it'll get the job done until you can pick up blade vortex in act 6.

Volatile Dead Spellslinger Build For Harvest

> Easy to play

> Boss killer

> Awesome clear speed

> High survivability

> Super fun

My fourth suggestion is the amazing Volatile Dead Spellslinger. This build has always been strong and triggered. Volatile dead is the smoothest way to play, this requires expensive toys such as cast on crit setups or poet's pens. But thanks to Spellslinger this play style is available on any budget. Spellslinger is a relatively new support that was added in delirium and it's quickly become a build defining tool for softcore hardcore and SSF players alike. Like most triggers, it lets you avoid significant cast speed and mana sustain investment while also allowing you to harness the weapon damage of your wand for additional scaling opportunities. Once properly setup, all you have to do is hold down one button and your screen gets covered in corpses explosions and heat-seeking balls of fire.

Fireball Ignite Trickster League Starter Build

> Hardcore viable

> Vaal Fireball is a top-tier skill when it comes to clear speed

> Good endgame potential

> Cheap to start

< DoT builds are not for everyone

< Does not have great Life sustain

The Ignite Fireball Trickster is built around the idea of inflicting very powerful Ignites and dealing tons of Fire damage over time. The build has an active playstyle and allows the player to have time windows where he can reposition without losing effective damage per second. The build’s damage is heavily augmented by The Searing Touch The Searing Touch unique staff. This allows us to run our 6-Link in the weapon and have Kaom's Heart Kaom's Heart as a Body Armour. If you want to improve your clear speed, Voidwalker can be used in order to Pierce enemies. Other items can be well rolled rares, there is room for improvisation. The only drawback of this build is its reliance on clustered jewels, but luckily none of the most desirable notables were touched, this includes blowback cooked alive and burning bright, you may have to delay these cluster setups until you can afford them. But once you can they will continue to offer huge amounts of power.

Guess you ask
