When the wind blows, ACNH balloons with gift boxes sometimes appear in the air. After being equipped with a Slingshot, you can shoot the balloon down. The Slingshot can be purchased from Nook's Cranny with Animal Crossing bells, you can also craft it with ACNH DIY recipes.
