Obviously playing for Elden ring in a game like this, their first open-world you know that's incredible, you can do that so many places in this game from the very first place.

7 Important Details You Should Know In Elden Ring!

1. Elden Ring - Stormville keep

The first step, see a lot of limb graves and the main objective is which is stormville keep,  you can actually see the giants forged from here, it's literally there just on the right up high, it's quite outlined, it's actually very clear and for some reason. From the beginning of the game, you can see one of the end game areas that leads to the final section of the whole story, and obviously, a vitally important point, because basically just a little ahead of us from the next grace.

Melaner

To meet melaner, and then this is where her story ends if you go that route. How you can see the hallig tree from the altars plateau that is literally it down there. Looking in the correct direction, just north of course of the mountain tops of the giants which are just up there in the background. It's a very subtle detail and do you know you have to go looking for these things, but it's really nice to see that physical representation of something, rather than it being an unknown place far off outside the map.

The isolated divine tower

Finally from the isolated divine tower, this is the Melania tower here you know quite near to Farah Missoula which from here you can literally see in the background, and it's honestly pretty incredible, this physical tower almost of this wind that tornado in the middle, just spiralling up, it's a really interesting shot to see it from here. That coming out of the ground or out of the water, suppose really cool to see, and if there are any more unique and interesting views.

2. Elden Ring - consume some Elden ring runes

Those Elden ring items that can consume to give some Elden ring runes, take a different form in each of the games, the bigger, the better, the more souls you get and in this case getting Elden ring runes.

Now if playing through the game right now, trying to maximize levels, exactly how much that was?

The way around that in the souls' games is usually the same for each of the series, you go to a merchant, and then pick a cell, and then when going to the Elden ring runes down here, this is actually worth two thousand or two thousand five hundred or three thousand hundred, the exact values, this is a little trick that is useful and one that is great to know if you didn't, but it appears there's been a change.

This wasn't in the game originally or completely unaware of it, you actually look at the further information on Elden ring runes, and it now says used to gain 200 Elden ring runes or 400 or whatever the actual value of the rune is so that's something that's really useful. Exactly how much each thing is worth, but this is a new feature.

3. Elden Ring - Little combat detail

Next up is a really nice little combat detail, there is a simple part of the game when you're using one weapon, its move set right, and then when you're using two of the same weapon type, it gets a new move set as you do the thing called power stancing which is really cool and very good in many examples, certainly in the case of the katana moveset here as well, so if you were to take say a katana and a straight sword which is a different weapon type, and then try to power stance nothing's gonna happen here.

The power move set

Use the one weapon, not gonna power sense them, so the rule is if you want to power stance a weapon, and get the power move set,  you're gonna need another weapon of the same type, two different katanas here, but they're both katanas, so of course, can power stance. There is one weapon in the game that doesn't obey, this rule the wacky sashi which is a really fun name or word to say is a short sword with a tempered pattern on the blade, this bleed dagger can actually be used to power stance with katanas based on its law, end up getting rivers of blood from that incredible katana, and how it says he would use it is, he would literally off hand this little dagger, and then have the katana in his main hand, and still be able to power stun.

4. Elden Ring - Catacombs

In the catacombs or many underground areas, like say the storm for catacombs here upon entry, there will be a thing that occurs, as you can see, in catacombs here, this catacomb can fast travel, the reason for that is because you need to have defeated the final boss of the catacombs or cave or whatever you're in before it will let you fast travel again, so basically the simple rule is you should go straight to the boss defeat it, and then explore the catacomb the cave whatever before you do anything else, it'll be a real issue, if you need to teleport out of there, and you're trapped it's much better to get the exploring done after you've taken out the boss when you can teleport and recover your flasks whenever you need to definitely something good to know in a first playthrough or in general.

5. Elden Ring - Talismans

The next two talismans, are the assassin's cerulean daggers or crimson daggers. These talismans have a simple effect upon critical hit whether that's an attack after a parry or backstab or whatever you can choose to get FP from the cerulean version or health from the crimson every time you get critical, this is quite a nice thing to run, especially as you're progressing for an area because you can get your magic back, you can get your health back and that can be really helpful, so just spent some FP just to show it, and to come up behind this and give him a quick backstab.

6. Elden Ring - Colossal weapons

If you use colossal weapons you can get not one effect of that but two and the reasoning behind this kind of makes sense when you think about it colossal weapons be it like a colossal sword or an axe. Any other colossal weapon when you do a critical hit,  they don't just stab through did with the katana, they do this sort of double hit, that will apparently give us the effect not once, but twice, it does actually work that's so cool, as you can see on the first hit, like that absorption from a critical hit, even though it didn't do any real damage, because it's the first hit, and then the second hit doing the real damage that also applied it that's cool, so if you're low on FP or health or whatever you just pull out these talismans pull out like a plus zero colossal weapon. and then you're just getting FP and health back that's really cool.

7. Elden Ring - The twig talisman

Now something talking about recently on a couple of episodes of this series, the sacrificial twig items the ones that can go into your wondrous physic or the talisman here that's consumed upon death, it's a simple concept, you apply it, you die the twig is consumed all the wondrous physic effect protects you, and then you don't lose your Elden ring runes, there are a few ways, you can use that to your benefit for extra steps.

Rings of sacrifice

In fact, say with rings of sacrifice, if you are killed by that true death, it doesn't work, so the twig talisman is unlocked and equipped right now, if normally, then Elden ring runes will be protected, but the talisman, the twig will be consumed, come here to the altars plateau, because there is a friendly crab who happens to have the power of death blight to show if that's true.

Bottom right def light

You can see soul, the bottom right def light taking effect, just go from whatever it was to zero, zero is the tweak destroyed, so that's a very intentional thing that's done in the series, what's interesting is the fact that the twig didn't break.

Death blight

Death blight, if the elden ring runes would still be on the ground when it came back, they are it's just the twig, and that effect cannot protect you from death play,  which is apparently a reoccurring theme with the ring of sacrifice, and this is what this series is all about, it might seem like a minor detail,  but this is a really specific strange, and unique interaction.
