Granite Games finally revealed both the name of the 3.20 expansion and its release schedule which includes both the release of the league itself and also the pre-release live stream. These dates are what we were speculating with the most likely dates, so this means the 1st of December U.S time zones for the live stream announcement and the actual League itself will be the 9th of December United States time zones.

POE 3.20 The Forbidden Sanctum League Content

The League's name is going to be The Forbidden Sanctum and we're already starting to see jokes about once you complete one of the fights in there maybe you will get access to a Forbidden Trove. In terms of teasers about the actual way the game plays, all we've got at the moment are these:

New Map and Boss

There is a fight against a boss in a single small Arena. We don't have any more details yet, we are inclined to speculate that this could be a multi-wave bosses fight inside some sort of Arena. Or invade an In-Map Area (Sanctum) and flight monsters that have taken over the Corrupted Sanctum. The trailer shows one powerful monster, so maybe the Sanctum is like a Super Boss of source that you can kind of influence with something you do on the map and we hope that the Sanctum has more monsters instead of just one super boss at the end. 

Lightning Strike Reworked?

In the trailer, we see the lightning skill was used, at this point, Lightning Strike is probably going to get nerfed to some degree whether it be Dyke Blade or the Lightning Strike gen itself. Anyway, we do hope they probably rework lightning strike in terms of nerfing as being able to either double hit or make the damage effectiveness kind of lower.

We're going to have to find that out when we get more information, and we'll get some definite information on that when live stream happens.

POE 3.20 League Expansion Livestream Date

Details of the fourth expansion of the year will be revealed on the POE 3.20 Livestream at 11 AM December 1st (PST). The Livestream features World famous interview with Ziggy D and Chris Wilson, asking burning questions and Twitch Drops (Rewards announced in a few days) enable for Livestreams.
