Path Of Exile Synthesis Mods Guide - The Best Way To Get Specific Synthesis Mods & Formula

3/26/2019 6:06:10 PM

the new league mechanics in path of exile 3.6, the synthesis league, has been mixed among many of the players in poe. and one of the things poe players have been struggling to figure out is the crafting of the synthesis mods. check this goldkk.com path of exile synthesis mods guide to find out how to get specific synthesis mod, along with the formula in best way.

path of exile synthesis mods

path of exile synthesis mods tips

path of exile synthesis mods is fixed mods (also known as built-in affixes) on the equipment crafted when you synthesize three pieces of corrupted equipment. there are thousands of synthesis mods on the poe mod database, so how to get the mods you want?

synthesised vaal regalia

synthesized implicit mod: the fixes mod on crafted item

explicit mod stat: item synthesis corrupted mods

item classes: the type of synthesis item

value: the sum numeric values on the synthesis implicit mod

for example:

if you want to craft a belt with an explicit mod of “-25-21” physical damage attack, then the synthesis explicit mod equals -25-21 physical damage attack.

item classes: belt

synthesis implicit modifiers: reduce% additional physical damage during the duration of any flask effect

value: 50

poe synthesis mod tiers

as you can see from the figure above, implicit mod "reduce% additional physical damage during any flask effect duration", produces three different values, tier 3, tier 2 and tier 1.

- (-15 - 11) reduced 6% additional physical damage during the duration of any flask effect.

- (-20 - 16) physical damage attack belts reduced 12% additional physical damage over the duration of any flask effect.

- (-25 - 21) reduce 50% additional physical damage over the duration of any flask effect.

at this time, the vale 6/12/50 means:

1. if the total of three pieces of poe item is less than 6, "reduce% of additional physical damage over any duration of medication effect". that would increase the physical damage attack mod that t3 (-15-11) suffers to the possible produced mod. that would increase the physical damage attack affixes that t3 (-15-11) suffers to the possible crafted mods pool.

2. if the total of three pieces of equipment "reduces% additional physical damage during any medication effect duration" is greater than 6, but less than 12, that will increase the physical damage attack mod that t2 (-20-16) suffers to the possible production of mods pool.

3. if the total of three pieces of equipment "reduces% additional physical damage during any medication effect duration" is greater than 12, but less than 5, that would increase the physical damage attack mods on t1 (-25-21) to the possible crafted mods pool.

so the number you see does not mean that you have to exceed or be less than it to have this affix. you need to search the t-level given by the same variable mods in the whole table to know whether it is greater or less. and for the above example, you need to find three pieces of corrupted equipment with a total value of at least 12 for "reducing% additional physical damage over any duration of flask effects".

note: all poe oods synthesis on three pieces of equipment will be counted when calculating values and implicit mods, whether native, corrupted or master.

when you synthesize poe items, it will add all the mods of your three equipment together and see which synthesis mods match. all of these will be placed in the mods pool and the final mods will be randomly selected. the number of retrospective mods produced depends on the number of corrupted mods you put in. the current inference is proportionality. that is to say, putting 2/2/1 fragmented mods will produce 66% 2 poe synthesis mods and 33% 1 synthesis mod.

here's an effective way from player train_of_fish posted on poe reddit you can take a try, which almost guarantee a specific synthesis mod in the new poe league, follow below steps and tips:

the 'weight' value against each mod is not really weighted. it's the sum of numeric values on the mod that determines the bracket for example, for the gem level mod, there are three brackets:

1. +(2–3)% to quality of socketed bow gems bows, local socketed bow gem level +3

2. +(4–6)% to quality of socketed bow gems bows, local socketed bow gem level +5

3. +1 to level of socketed bow gems bows, local socketed bow gem level +10

note: if the sum of the mods on your poe item is less or equal to 3, then you get the first bucket. if the sum is less than or equal to 5, you get the second bucket. otherwise, you get the third bucket (which is what we actually want). of course, the implicit is random, so you want to narrow the pool of mods as much as possible. two-fractured rares are great since you just scour them and hope for the best, and you get two implicit mods. two-fractured rares with the same second mod (e.g. attack speed) are ideal, since you get both implicit.

he wanted to test this quickly so he couldn't find the +2 gem and attack speed for sale at the same time, so he took 1 two-fractured rare and two one-fractured rare, scoured, regaled, and master crafted.

of course, players may ask “does the fractured mod need to be the +2 to gems, or can the fractured be anything and the bow just needs to also have this mod? (of course, then you can't guarantee the implicit, but would there still be a chance?)”

facts have proved that fractured can be anything but its easier if the fractured is the +2 because then you can absolutely guarantee it as opposed to grabbing three 1 fractured mods and rolling +2 bow gems on them all for a 50% chance to hit the right implicit.
