In Elden Ring, completing NPC quests is one of the best ways to acquire powerful Elden Ring items. In order to help these characters "fulfill their purpose," you might have to follow cryptic instructions, solve bizarre riddles, or complete challenging tasks, but doing so is almost always made worthwhile by the benefits you receive at the end.
Is there anyone who isn't a fan of Yura? Even if you have trouble finding him in the first place, you'll be rewarded with Eleonora's Poleblade when you succeed in completing his quest after a number of steps.
Eleonora's Poleblade Explained
Poleblade is Eleonora's unique Twinblade that deals both Physical and Fire Damage, and also causes a buildup of blood in the target. Winning with this wand requires a combination of strength (12 Strength), dexterity (21 Dexterity), and arcane (Illusion) at a level of at least 19.
Bloodblade Dance, a unique Skill, is what gives this weapon such potency. Your target is quickly slashed to pieces as you leap forward and land with one L2. A second input will follow, and you'll be able to strike again before reversing direction. Additionally, this combo can quickly close the distance between you and an enemy and return you to a safe distance before they have a chance to recover and counter.
How to complete Bloody Finger Hunter Yura's quest
Yura can be found fairly early in the game. To get your hands on Eleonora's Poleblade, you don't need to complete the entire quest. As a matter of fact, we'll be there with you at every step of the way to make sure you don't miss anything.
Seaside Ruins
For starters, you can find Yura in Limgrave's Seaside Ruins of Grace site just east of the underpass of some ancient structures. Talk to him and he'll tell you about the Flying Dragon Agheel in the lake to your north.
Retrace your steps to Yura's location once you've defeated the dragon. Your dragon heart can be exchanged for potent incantations at the Church of Dragon Communion, which he will reveal to you.
Cave of Murkwater
When you exit Murkwater Cave, you'll come across Yura on the banks of Limgrave's entrenched river. Bloody Finger Nerijus will ambush you as you approach the cave's entrance. At the beginning of the game, this fight can be quite difficult. Yura, on the other hand, will be there to help you out in about a minute. You can just wait for Yura to arrive, and he can take care of the rest.
Next, head to Raya Lucaria Academy's Main Gate Site of Grace. The Glintstone Key is required to enter this location, which is guarded by Glintstone Dragon Smarag in the lake west of the Academy. Pass the magical seal on your left as you make your way north from the Site of Grace. You'll see a red summon sign on the ground in front of you soon. Enter Yura's world and assist him in defeating the Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin by interacting with it.
The Reduvia, an Arcane and Dexterity-based Blood Dagger, is yours once you've killed Bloody Finger Nerijus. In the Jellyfish-infested tunnel, Yura will explain his mission to hunt Bloody Fingers, and you can follow him there.
Raya Lucaria Academy
When you return to your world after a battle, you'll find Raptors of Mist, a powerful Ash of War evasion. To learn more about the deadly Bloody Finger Eleonora, speak with Yura on the bridge. He'll give you a Smithing Stone 5.
Second Church of Marika
The Second Church of Marika is where Yura will be found at his final resting place. To get there, head northeast of the Grand Lift of Dectus to the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace. Fort Haight in Limgrave and Fort Faroth in Caelid are the two locations where the Dectus Medallion can be obtained. Continue north along the main road until you reach the location of the map fragment. The church's steeple can be seen from the ledge on your left. Make your way to the bottom with caution, and prepare to fight the Rotten Strays that will be waiting for you.
Enter the church and speak to the dying Bloody Finger Hunter Yura. The Nagakiba he gives you is primarily based on Dexterity and he'll explain that he couldn't stand a chance against Eleonora. Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger, will then attack you immediately after that.
Fortunately, the battle is simple enough. Her Poleblade combos and Dragon Communion Incantations should be on your radar. In addition to the church's pillars, you can also use them to protect yourself from most of the enemy's attacks. Keep your cool, only attack when you see an opening, and she should be easy pickings.
A Purifying Crystal Tear, which can be used to neutralize the deadly curse in the fight against Mohg, Lord of Blood, will be given to you after defeating Eleonora.
