POE 3.8 Assassin Ascendancy Rework & Skills

The point 2 Mistwalker is completely new node added into the class, like, new or revamped contents of 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 are shown above. Here is the complete list of Path of Exile Assassin Ascendancy skills.

1. Critical Strike Chance, Movement Speed

- 4% increased Movement Speed

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

2. Mistwalker

- 50% chance to gain Elusive on Critical Strike

- 20% increased Attack and Cast Speed while Elusive

- 8% reduced Damage taken while Elusive

- 25% increased Effect of Elusive

- You take no Extra Damage from Critical Strikes while Elusive

(Elusive initially grants 20% chance to Dodge Spell or Attack Hits, and 40% increased Movement Speed. The buff reduces its effect over time, removing itself at 0% effect)

3. Critical Strike Chance, Power Charge Duration

- 10% increased Power Charge Duration

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

4. Unstable Infusion

- 10% chance to gain a Power Charge on Critical Strike

- 20% chance to gain a Power Charge on Non-Critical Strike

- +1 to Maximum Power Charges

5. Critical Strike Chance, Power Charge Duration

- 10% increased Power Charge Duration

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

6. Deadly Infusion

- +8% to Critical Strike Multiplier per Power Charges

- +2% Critical Strike Chance while at maximum Power Charges

- 10% increased Movement Speed while at maximum Power Charges

7. Critical Strike Chance and Multiplier

- +15% to Critical Strike Multiplier

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

8. Opportunistic 

- 20% increased Movement Speed if you've killed recently

- Damage from your Critical Strike cannot be Reflected

- 20% more Damage while there is at most one Rare or Unique Enemy nearby

- 10% reduced Damage taken while there are at least two Rare or Unique Enemies nearby

(Recently refers to the past 4 seconds)

9. Critical Strike Chance and Multiplier

- +15% to Critical Strike Multiplier

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

10. Ambush and Assassinate

- 20% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Enemies that are on Low Life

- + 40% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Enemies that are on Full Life

- 100% more Critical Strike Chance against Enemies that are on Full Life

- 100% more Critical Strike Chance against Enemies that are on Low Life

- Critical Strikes have Culling Strike

(You are on Low Life if you have 35% of your Maximum Life of less)

(Culling Strike means enemies that are on 10% or lower life after your Hit are killed)

11. Critical Strike Chance, Damage Over Time

- 15% increased Damage over time

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

12. Noxious Strike

- +25% to Damage over Time Multiplier for Poison

- 40% chance to Poison on Hit

- 50% increased Damage with Poison

- 5% increased Poison Duration for each Poison you have inflicted recently

- Recover 0.5% of Life per Poison affecting Enemies you kill

(Poison deals Chaos Damage over time, based on the base Physical and Chaos Damage of the Skill. Multiple instances of Poison stack)

(Recently refers to the past 4 seconds)

13. Critical Strike Chance, Damage Over Time

- 15% increased Damage over Time

- 15% increased Critical Strike Chance

14. Toxic Delivery

- 10% reduced Damage taken from Damage Over Time

- Poison you inflict with Critical Strikes deals 50% more Damage

- +0.4% to Critical Strike Chance per Poison affecting Enemy, up to +2.0%

- Gain 20% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage against Poisoned Enemies


Other POE Blight Ascendancy Changes

Other than Necromancer, Saboteur and Assassin, there are different degrees of changes made to POE 3.8 Blight Guardian, Hierophant, Elementalist, Raider, Occultist, Chieftain, Berserker, Slayer, Trickster and Ascendant. 

- POE 3.8 Guardian: he no longer grants specific bonuses to Herald of Purity and Dominating Blow minions, and have built the Crusade Slam effect into the minions themselves.

- POE 3.8 Hierophant: the mana path has changed, it should be more offensively powerful for a character with heavy mana investment now, with its defensive power slightly reduced.

- POE 3.8 Elementalist: Golem path has adjusted, providing much more power to the player on an invested Golem character, while no longer being the only way for a character to get additional golems outside of unique items thanks to a new Golem cluster on the passive tree. It should be a more desirable path for builds that don't rely entirely on their minions as a result. Beacon of Ruin now grants increased effect of non-damaging ailments, to improve its overall power.

- POE 3.8 Raider: more numerical improvements and one additional aura mechanic, which makes it more competitive.

- POE 3.8 Occultist: Vile Bastion now also grants 40 energy shield regenerated per second at all times, granting more reliable recovery, especially at lower levels.

- POE 3.8 Chieftain: provides +25% to Fire Damage Over Time Multiplier instead of 15% more Burning Damage, providing more power for Burning characters unless they're very heavily invested in Damage over Time Multiplier.

- POE 3.8 Berserker: Crave the Slaughter no longer grants a chance to deal Double Damage, with this bonus being moved to War Bringer if you've used a Warcry in the past 8 seconds. Flawless Savagery now grants a lower value of Critical Strike Chance for Attacks, and slightly less critical multiplier.

- POE 3.8 Slayer: Bane of Legends node has had the value of attack and move speed granted reduced to 10%. Overwhelm has had its Base Critical Chance lowered to 7.5%.

- POE 3.8 Trickster: the chance to evade, reduced damage taken and amount of Energy Shield recovered for Ghost Dance passive has been lowered.

- POE 3.8 Ascendant: passives related to many of the adjusted Ascendancies above changed. 

- POE 3.8 Necromancer: penalises offerings on you less and grants additional area of effect if you've consumed a corpse recently.
