How To Get Ladder DIY Recipe in ACNH?

You have to be at a certain stage of the main scenario in order to unlock this DIY Recipe:

• 1) Fly off to a different island as soon as you can

• 2) Unlock the Nook Store and build a bridge

• 3) Place three slots for the new residents
