ACNH Setsubun Themed Items

In the real world, Setsubun is a long tradition in Japan in which beans would be thrown at evil spirits to help ward them away, that's exactly why you're able to toss these beans around in Animal Crossing. These are demons known as Oni but in the English version of the game, they're called Ogres. To celebrate the Japanese holiday, there are new limited-time items are available to collect for players.

1. Bean Tossing Kit

How To Get: Purchase from Nook Shopping store for 800 bells

Animal Crossing New Horizons Setsubun Items - Bean Tossing Kit

The most exciting item that you can get for the Setsubun event is the Bean Tossing Kit which you can purchase from the Nook Shopping app, this is a new type of holdable item which is returning to Animal Crossing New Horizons. It doesn't serve any practical use and basically just a bit of fun like with most of the other holdable items in the game, but you can throw beans at your villages if you'd like to. It's actually kind of addictive.

You can get the main outfit in red, green, and blue and also get red, green, and blue masks to pair with the rest of the outfit.
