When Will ACNH Cherry Blossom Season 2021 Come? - Cherry Blossom Season Start Date
Based on the regular calendar, Cherry Blossom season will return to Animal Crossing New Horizons starting from April 1 and runs until April 10, 2021. While in the Southern Hemisphere, the season will go from October 1 to October 10.
Cherry Blossom Season Changes in Animal Crossing New Horizons
Once the Cherry Blossom season starts, the trees on your island will turn pink and the cherry blossom petals will fly around the sky, looks very gorgeous. The majority of them are going to fall from sky during the April 7th and the 10th, that's when the event begins to peak. Please note that only hardwood trees will change from green to pink. Not only great scenery, but players can also craft cherry-blossom themed ACNH items with cherry blossom petals and other crafting resources after learning specific DIY recipes that can be found in different ways. What you need to do is to catch the petals floating in the wind with your net.
Tips and Tricks for ACNH Cherry Blossom Season 2021 (How to Get Cherry Blossom Petals, DIY Recipes and More)
It's not difficult to capture cherry blossom petals but it is recommended to catch them slowly because you may scare them and there are not unlimited chances. You should start to collect them when an amount of petals appears around the April 7th, of course, you will see them from the first day of the season, but they tend to become more common around the 7th, at that time, the cherry blossom petals are kind of falling from the sky like confetti, that would be the best time to gather the petals.
When it comes to getting new Cherry Blossom DIYs, balloons would still be the most common way. There are a ton of really cool Animal Crossing DIY recipes that possible to drop from balloons, you're gonna have to shoot down balloons and hope that you get them from there. The only other way would be to trade with friends, so if you want them, that's what you're gonna have to do. You're gonna need a bunch of different resources to craft them during a limited time, so be sure to head out there and get as many as you possibly can. There is one recipe that is actually exclusive to Isabelle, you could get it other ways but Israel is probably most likely going to be the one who'll give it to you first. This is the outdoor picnic set provided during one of Isabel's announcements.
During the cherry blossom season, it is recommended to plant as many of these regular hardwood trees as you can, they are going to be used for different things throughout the year, if you didn't have any of these trees on your island during this period, it would really take away from the event a little bit, so plant as many of them as you can, and you should be able to enjoy them if you plant them as soon as possible because it'll only take a few days for them to grow.
